Looking to purchase a nice condo in Las Vegas or CA for vacation rentals. Is anyone interested in partnering up?
I will supply the downpayment and take care of the monthly payments. Your role would essentially be a silent credit partner. Term would be 3-5 years. Everything negotiable.
