Private Investor Needed
I have a subdivsion of 40 lots that I need to get building in. However, until I sell 7 other houses I currently have under construction or sell lots to pay down the note, the bank refuses to lend me any more money.
The subdivision is in Springdale, Arkansas within 1/4 mile of I-540 and is 3 blocks from a junior high. A subdivsion across the street is selling houses from $169,900 to $180,000 and range from 1700 ft and up. I am planning on building 1500 square feet, all brick homes and sell them for $149,900.
Based on research with banks, appraisers and closing companies, this price and size house is desperately needed in this area.
