Online Credit Report Monitoring Service

Does anybody know of service in which you can review your credit report on an ongoing basis without it actually counting as an inquiry? I have heard of such a service but can not recall any names. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

www.myfico.com offers a service similar to that. http://www.eloan.com offers one also. The Eloan one isn't a FICO score, but I've compared my FICO with the thing that Eloan uses, and they're usually within a point or two of each other, and Eloan is only like $30.00 for a year's worth of monitoring, and they check it monthly, sending you an email that your report's ready.

Experian has a credit report monitring where you can access all 3 credit bureaus at the same time... No credit dings for doing so, either!

    Good Luck!

The Experian service also has a simulator that takes you file and then lets you change details to see what impact the change will have to your score.

not all these integrated service allow full access to items in your credit files.

I just pulled reports via myfico, while they do like all the inquires in he last 12 months (v. 24 I believe on a "real" report), the donot disclose the full name / address of the person pulling the report.

Sure, I can deal w/ the 3-CRAs, but would pref. dealing w/ 1 "puller" of my report
