Multi-unit Property Help
I have found two 20+ unit apartment buildings in the area that I live in. I have found hard money lenders to help with part of the payment, but neither one of the owners is interested in holding a note for the rest. These properties are hard to get conventional financing for because these property types are hard to find in my area. Most of my money is tied up in other RE investments. Any suggestions?
Maybe this will work for you. Can you EXCHANGE with the building owners any interest in your other real estate investments?
