Wanting To Develop On 2 Empty Lots.... Investor Wanted
Working on a deal – buying 2 neighbouring parcels of land and building houses to resell…. Have no money to get this going…. Anyone interested in investing in this great deal? I don’t want to spend anything out of pocket, or repay w/ interest until the property is sold…. Is this possible?

I use a loan program that funds it 100%, but you still have to cover the closing costs that the equity in the home didn't cover, 100%CLTV
If you can build it (house and land) at 78% = 22% in equity, 20% down, additional 2% to closing costs..get builder to contribute 1.5% and you should be covered, except for escrow money to secure the land under contract.
