Return On Lease Buildout
I own an office building with 4000 square feet not yet built out. I have a potential tenant willing to pay $10 per square foot plus utilities.
Should I consider building this space out and what are the formulas I should be using to figure future possibilities?
The building is 80% occupied and we are just meeting expenses.
