Land Development
Hello everyone,
I am new to this site and it is exciting to have a site devoted to real estate developers. I am interested in becoming a real estate land developer and I was wondering if any of you can enlighten me on how they got started in the development business. I am reading a book from Dodge Woodson "Be a successfull Residential land Developer" and I am enjoying it very much. There is so much to learn. If any of you can give a newbie some pointers that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your responses in advance and God bless.
