Found this on another site. Interesting article that is about the Las Vegas area... This guy in the article bought at $498K and now the same house is selling for $380K a month later. A 100K + price cut???? Yikes!!! Reversing Trend

    Investing in pre-construction is more of a speculation than an investment. You are betting that the price will go up. You should always get into these deals with the plan to close.

    I always suggest holdingh for two years., then flip..
