Desert Inn Condominiums - Las Vegas
Has anyone heard anything about the Desert Inn Condominiums being built on Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas?
I briefly talked to someone today who mentioned it but did not know much about it.

Since I am Florida currently, the way Las Vegas grows it would not suprise me, if there is an inch of land available someone will build on it.
Probably a Steve Wynn project, since he bought up most of the land there.
Knowing Steve they will probably be high end.
Call the Review Journal Newspaper or Las Vegas Sun ask for one of the Real Estate Journalists, they will know what is going on.

there are a few new high rises going up in Vegas. Turnberry, Metropolis, Panorama (close to desert inn road) to name a few. I think last two are 90% sold out and started in the mid 300's. There are a few older condo's on desert inn road that are being rehabbed and resold.
