Cosigner For Financing To Build A New Duplex
Need to know what I should offer someone in return for co signing a contruction loan. I am thinking of offering an amount of 10% of the loan amount in the form of a secured note (no interest) payable upon completion of the project.
I am an experienced contractor and will be doing 90% of the work myself. there will be lots of equity at the end. Any suggestions?
