Wholesaling...
Jeff,
I am in the same boat as cadeezy1-just starting out in this.
What advice could you give me in terms of using the wholesaling method? Is wholesaling the same as double escrow investing?
Right now the only methods I can use are the ones that require I none of my own $$$.
cadeezy1-let me know how things are going for you and what works for you. What branch of the Service are you? Navy?

I'm actually in the Army. Things are going already because I'm still in my research phase of beginning. I found out about actual bird dogging and jobbing. It sounds like a good way to raise some capital to get into the big stuff. I might look into that before wholesaling. I wanted to go through a couple of deals with an experienced investor before I go off on my own. Let me know how you're doing and if you have any info.
