Where To Find Investors?
Hello, I've just started to bird dog here in Riverside, and found one great investor, but I'm looking to find many more in order to speed up my education and profit building. I've read John Locke's bird-dogging book (which was great by the way), but wasn't exactly sure as to where to meet a variety of investors. If anybody can help me out here, I'd really appreciate it! I always see ads from investors selling houses in my newspaper. Maybe you could contact them and they can might want to work with you or send you in the right direction. Hope that helps.

"Real Estate Wanted Ads" in newspapers, call them! They are all investors.
"We Buy Homes" signs. Call Them! They are all investors
Click the Groups Tab on the top of this page, go to Investors meetings in your area and pass out your business card.
You can put an ad in the newspaper that you have a rehab at XX% of the appraised value. Investors will call you.
These are just a few of the ways you can find investors.

Anybody whose looking for investor should go to their local Real Estate Investor Association. There are a lot of Investors who are looking for house to buy, since they're already in the business full time.
I went to one of the meeting and came up to one of the full timers and introduce myself, and he gave me his name and introduce to several other investors whose looking for bird dog or any real estate deal.
