Suggestions For A Partner
Good day all. I have a question.
I am a former Loan Officer, current wholesaler with a sales background in Corporate America. In lieu of the current lending climate, stated income programs are difficult to come by. However, this market is filled with amazing buying opportunities as long as one knows how to structure a deal AND create a viable exit strategy. I am in need of a financial and/or credit partner. Where would be a good place to start looking? I am in Chicago, IL.
