RE Investing Software
I couldn't find any group or topic area for this category so I thought maybe I'd post it here since I'm pretty new to this forum.
Can anyone out there recommend a good real estate Investment software that is not too expensive? One that would preferably be able to calculate profit/loss probability with or without market analysis and trend modifiers. This software, hopefully, would also factor in costs for rehab property.
Price range I'm looking for is no more than $300, but preferably no more than $150 - $200.
However, if the most competent and fairly priced software you know of is higher, please post anyway. Maybe I'll add it into my plan for purchasing in the future.
