Portfolio Lender
I read the article no money to invest?money isn't the only answer!..as a newbie in REI how do I find a portfolio lender or broker that lends from a warehouse line or credit union as stated in the article? I currently have a rental property purchased by land contract. I would like to buy more properties in the future.
You will need to get to know the mortgage brokers. Also join one of the clubs to network with. Dont hesitate to call everyone. They are out there but as with every good thing a little hard to find.
