Out Of State REI
Hello all.......
Im not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, but what the hay!
Im working with a partner now and we have located some out of state props..
Unfortunatly I have neither the time nor the resources to fly to see these props.
Have any of you bought out of state props, and if so did you do this without seeing the prop in person.....only pics?
And is this a good idea depending on the prop. type and other details.
If so what is the best course of action in getting assurance of the prop........

If I cant ride my bicycle to it, I am not interested! That is just my experience. Others have done great though. Maybe if
you can buy cheap enough with a positive cash flow and a good property manager, you will be alright. I just think there are enough deals in your own
backyard.
