Newbie Ready To Go?...Forms??

driven1 profile photo

Okay- I have been soaking up information for about a month and I am planning to move ahead now and take action. I am going to be getting a voice mail box and getting some signs up so I can begin meeting with sellers. I will be using Peter and Davids Lease Option Methods. The thing that I am missing is forms! Where can I get the proper documents to present to sellers and tenant/owners to complete lease option transactions? Do I have to pay for them? Could someone please tell me about all the contracts that are necessary for this and point me in the right direction to learn how to fill them out. As you can see, I am getting anxious to dive in but I am aware that I need more instruction in this area.

Your help is greatly appreciated!! grin

    Betsy,

If you are going to use David & Peter's L/O methods then I suggest you go to www.resultsnow.com and look into at least purchasing their forms on CD. They also sell courses on the "how to" part of your question.

As far as a voice mail box, I don't know if I agree with that. I know David & Peter promote having different messages go to different voice mail boxes. I tend to go along with John$Cash$Locke's train of thought on this. I don't have secretaries answer my incoming calls nor do I have scripted voice mails. When people contact me from my marketing they get me "live and in person on the phone."

I think if you pick and choose from the Gurus, you'll find a style that works for you. Good Luck.
