My Friend's House!!!
my friend would like to sell his house through rent-2-own using my LLC. His mortgage is $1375 for 3/2/2 built in 2001 about 2100sq footage. I have advertised his house but most people who viewed his house were impressed, but cannot afford the payment. Can I ask the next prospective buyer pay his escrow acct on his own, or simply wait for the next buyer . Pls advise.

I do not understand how he is using your LLC?
Also, what is meant by asking the buyer to pay his escrow acct on his own?
