Mortgage Wraps
I am thinking of selling a home on a mortgage wrap. I am wondering a few key things. When is title to the property conveyed when the property is first wrapped, or when the balloon payment is made. Second, how can i beat the due on sale clause? Any help on this will be appreciated.
