Just Starting Out
I am interested in getting involved with rental properties and buying and reselling properties. I have read a few books, but would like to get involved with a local group to get some hands on experience and information. I am located in York, PA. I am planning on aquiring my first investment property in 2004. If you are in the York area and are interested, let me know.
What market are you planning on working in?
I assume you mean geographic market. In that case, York, Dauphin, Lancaster, and Adams counties of Pennsylvania.
I just assume it makes sense to work in your local geographic area. I am also close to northern Maryland (north of Baltimore/Rt 83 corridor).
