Is It Possible?
I am a 29 year old male who is currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am currently serving my last year in the military. I would like to expand my investments to the RE field, and be in a position where I will have a positive cash flow before I leave the miltary. I have taken a few courses and would like a few pointers from members who are successful in this field. I have thought about investing the "creative" way,however I am not sure if it would be better to purchase units the traditional way. I am currently grossing only $5K /mo with liquid assets of 10K, is it possible to achieve my goal? If so, what are some of the steps that are recommended?
