Got Comps Access? - How Do I Get This?
I was wondering if anyone knew how to get comps access for someone that is just an investor. Not an agent or broker or anything like that.

out of all the free internet sites i havent found one good one. id say www.domania.com is probably the best and its not very good. maybe if you subscribe to one.

have you ever tried this. in my state, to do this you have to atleast take the real estate agent course which is like 62 hours. only then can a agent list you as there assistant. if you dont mind taking a realtor course and paying the 500 or whatever it costs to take the course then go for it.
