Getting The Wheels Turning

I was just wondering if i was jumping the gun on this or not and could use a second opinion from those of you already in REI. I'm considering getting my corperation formed for REI. It will be a slow process but what i have planned for it starting out is using the corperation to buy tax lien certificates to generate funds for its future investments while possibly picking up few properties via the tax liens. I'm considering taking on a partner and having starting cash of around 5k$ or more depending on money issues (we're all young). My question is, is starting the corperation up now a good idea or should i wait until very shortly before i'm ready to do my first lien deal or should i wait until i'm ready to buy my first property, etc.

    Hey there Richkid!!

In my opinion it would be a good ideal to start your corporation now if you plan on buying real estate in the future on the companies credit, other than that i really dont see no rush.. but just do it now and try to get some corporate credit established..
