Just back frfom Ron le grands boot camp. Getting started is the hardest part. I have bben looking into signs to post you know the usual stuffquick cas,
Doing a mail out in a farm area near my house, car magnet ordered and going to call the for sale and for rent in the paper. Any other suggestions. I also set up a website throught the F
FFN network but it seems really pricey to me $200 a month. Happy to hear all suggestion. (Don't know what I will do if the phone actuallyrings LOL LOL
I live in West Palm a very hot Market with lots of Gurus and investors

    An excellent start would be to start meeting with some fsbo's regardless of the fact if they are motivated sellers or not. This will help you practice negotitaing skills and meeting face to face. if you find someone who is motivated then you can practice your "creative" ideas. It gets easier as you tune into what their needs are and how you can create a win/win

    $200, a month is very pricey for a web site...I built my own, printed cards up with the site's name and get a good response from that, and it did not cost me anywhere $200/month!! Shop around you could have a quality site built for around that price!!!

    The material alone are very good if you have the disclipine to listen to them. I will tell you in 3 months if it was worth it lol
