I would learn how to do searches yourself for free, either online or at courthouse. Why pay for old information?

Those services just do what you can do for yourself for free, and then they charge you for it.

I paid the lifetime fee of 300 plus bucks a few years ago. Old info but could be helpful. I missed a good deal on a condo that if I had paid attention I would have found there, Be glad to let you borrow my access code. PM or email me.

    Good LUCK and HAPPY HOLIDAYS

    Hope this helps some

I agree with Dave, why pay for information that is free. Most of the Foreclosure website that I have tried have old information on them. Here is a web site with directory of Gov web sites. If a local gov has site it will be on here. http://www.statelocalgov.net/
You can also look for a local legal paper they usually list puplic court infomation, Divorces, probate, forclosures, lis pendens. etc. If nothing else go to court house and city hall and do it old fashion way.[ Edited by wpruett on Date 12/21/2003 ]

I spent a couple hundred dollars on http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/modules.php?name=NukeWrap&page=http://tcinvestor.foreclosure.com. The information is so outdated that I called on a property that was in preforeclosure then went into foreclosure (as per their records). I checked county records later and found this property was sold months ago. Embarrassing, discouraging, yes. So, until they get their act together, I would not recommend this company. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_cry.gif"> [ Edited by joel on Date 02/09/2004 ]
