First Time Buyers Programs
So, I was listening to this radio program here in the Dallas area for Real Estate Investing and they had a lady on from New Hampsire or something like that who was a rehabber. Well, her portion of the program was her pitching a class she was going to teach that week at the investors meeting about rehabbing and how to sell them quickly.
Something that intrigued me about the program however, was she said that first time buyers can move into a house for as little as $500.00 down. Now, I would like to eventually do a few rehabs and thought this would be a great way to advertise the house to move it faster but I haven't been able to find out about these different programs.
I know HUD has a first time buyers program but where would you guys suggest I should look to find out more about this?

There is a website that you may want to look into for help to first time home buyers: www.partnersincharity.com
It has many rules and may be not as easy to get for the first time homebuyer as advertised.
