Finding Pre-foreclosures

Any suggestions on this? I have several investors that would like me to find for them. I was thinking of going to the courthouse, as the websites on here all have the same old foreclosure listings........Thanks everyone!

The Public Record at the county court house would be your best bet. It might be called something different in your county but the names are usually similiar.
Go online and find your counties webpage and see if they have a Accessors Office and or Finance office. See if your counties webpage has search capability of records online. If not you will have to get directions to courthouse and ask one of the clerks where you can search public records.
From there its a matter of if they have a computer data base you can search through or microfiche. Of if they are real behind the records will still be paper.

    Hope this helps.

You wont get more than 65-70 or ARV on the property. If you buy it cheap enough, yes you can have some for repairs.
