EXTREMELY MOTIVATED

I am in the military currently deployed in support of Iraqi Freedom I am planning to invest in RE when I arrive in the States. I am very persistant and motivated to attain success in this field. This is not my first investment field, so I know that you have to have patience and persistance. I would like to have someone that is more experienced to guide me in the right direction. I am sure that an agreement can be arranged whereas both parties will be recipricated. I really would appreciate the help.

Well I hope you get back soon. I know how you feel. I am active duty in the Navy and was in the gulf for 10 months during the start of the war. But I finally got back and I jumped head first into real estate. I used my Veterans Choice VA loan to purchase a forclosure. This is a conventional loan with the VA benefits, the house does not have to be owner ocupied. So i am renting out the house with a 150 dollar a month cash flow. About a month later i bought another house which I am rehabing now and will probably make 200 dollars a month from that house. And i also have made almost fifty thousand dollars worth of equity. So it can be done, I am just a weekend investor. Stay safe talk to you later.
