    here is the numbers on this property:

    1155 sqft
    built 1982
    3/2/1
    all tiles, newer air water heater and fireplace
    estimate less than 4K repair
    comps at 115K and with good tlc 120K
    great area in Tampa, very desired
    Need HM and close quickly for 90K

    you will charge fee to your investor($500) and I may give $200 extra. Perfect for investors who want to fix and put tenants in that area.
