Bird Dogging Basics!
I am new to REI and I am trying to learn all I can from all of you! I plan to have my first deal done within a month! I want to get better educated before I jump in to the game. In the mean time I have litterally dozens of Properties reseached and hours and hours of computer time put into these properties. Can anyone give some detail on what information and/or criteria an investor is looking for from a bird dog? I figure if I can't move on these deals, maybe I can put a few coins in my pocket by bird dogging them. I just want to make sure I have all the required info a "typical" investor pays for.
