Bird Dog Has Potential Pheasant In Baltimore MD

Hello, all.... My name is Todd Morrill. I am new to the REI scene, but know that i have a good proposition for someone. I would like someone to hold my hand for this, my first deal: *I currently have a contract to buy A house in sparks md for 220k. *The contract is scheduled to close oct 21st. *House is currently worth 10-25% more than purchase price (formal appraisal coming in 9/13) Primarilly i need financial help. Although I am currently employed as a mtg broker, the combination of having just graduated from college 3mos ago, with the fact that my company scecializes in conforming mtgs has me struggling. I realize that i can select from a variety of hard money lenders from the list on this site, for financial assistance, but i would like more then just financing..... Ideally i would like to forge a relationship with a seasoned investing professional who would be interested in taking on a serious, dedicated student. Together we could realize this venture, and open doors for fure endeavers and learning. Finally i would like to say that although i am interested in forging a strong mentor type relationship, if that is not available, or if the cost of such attention is prohibittedly expnsive i am also interested in less involved partnership.
