Beginner Bird Dog Seeking Advice
Hello all!
I am new in the bird dog business, and I am really excited about it. What a great way to get started in REI.
I am in the St. Louis area, and I am very motivated to get going with this. I have been scouting out possible deals for the last couple weeks, and I want to take it to the next level now. I would be forever thankful if someone could point me in the right direction as far as finding good investors to work with. Also any advice from seasoned bird doggers or investors would be very much appreciated!

Start by calling the "We Buy Houses" ads in the classified section of your local newspaper. Explain what you do and ask what type of properties each investor is looking for.
Join your local REI association, become an active member by attending the meetings and network with investors face to face. Good Luck.
