Some buyers and sellers will be reluctant to do business with anyone other than a real estate agent because they are the conventional instruments in this industry. How do you market yourself as being just as knowledgable about the industry and gain their trust? Also, what are some good bullets to put on your business cards to help potential clients understand what services you provide.

    I have never had a problem with this area, I simply show an interest to purchase their property and if they have an interest in selling we go from their.

    My message is simple Cash for real estate! Short and to the point the message is delivered!
