Why is is harder to find financing for residential BRICK buildings...I have found a live/work loft in CA that I need financing for and nobody wants to touch it because of the earthquake risk... Help!!!
Its the cost factor of replacement. You may want to show that you can prepay for the insurance premiums for a certain amount of time. Or get a lender out of the state that wont take that into consideration.
