Easiest Way From SFR REI To Commercial REI
I am new to REI much less to the Commercial Sector. I have only a couple of SFR wholesale deals under my belt and like the concept but in my area Flips generate an average of 2500 / deal. I would like to make more than that and would like to get into commercial REI. I guess my question is: Can Commercial RE be Flipped or is there a similar method in Commercial REI?[ Edited by EddiePicasso on Date 03/16/2005 ]
