**Developing Proposal & Sell Off Question**
I am in the process of putting together a redevelopment deal that is very high profile. I was wondering what is the best way to sell off my ideas and plans so I may step back. Any comments are greatly appreciated!

Correct. If structured right, it is not illegal. You can have them buy the house back at a higher price if you dislclosure that in the beginning of the transaction. Make sure you have a real good real estate attorney that can draw up the contracts and the lease agreement for you.
Where do you find the local corps or individual on short notice , who may be interested in becoming LP or are ready to put down payment ? Is it not that to get ann LP, the deal has to be structured accordingly with either a formation of LLC or corporation ?
