I am aware of a property that is in the foreclosure process at a local bank, but I do not have any contacts at the bank.
Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to approach the workout department cold and develop a relationship with the bank?
cold call / visit
thru a referal (atty, cpa, broker)
getting a copy of the NOD and see if there are names on it.
