Hello. My name is Vanessa and I started buying and selling real estate in 1999. I did pretty well with it until 2007 'forced me into retirement.' I've dabbled a bit here and there over the years, but didn't really get serious until 2 potential short sale deals fell into my lap recently. I haven't done a short sale since 2006 and I'm not sure what may have changed since then. Any help or guidance would be very appreciate. Thanks in advance.
