Marketing Ideas For Renovation Rental?
I am just finishing up a townhome renovation that will fetch 1100 - 1200/mo rent. Other than the obvious newspaper ad, can anyone suggest some ideas that have worked for them in marketing their properties?
For example, I know of one guy who hooks up with the HR department of local companies to advertise his CONVENIENT properties for rent or sale........
