i am a real estate agent looking to write a letter to out of town home owners, asking them if they would be interested in selling their homes. would anyone care to share such letter with me?

    Well, on Google it will be much better getting updated with such letters that are necessary and very important.

    There will be some agents also that will help you in writing such letters that you can give to potential sellers.

    Here is another letter as well. The important thing is to send them out not whether they are perfect or not..

    This is one that we use for out of town owners and the contact member is one of my team (who is licensed). IF the format is weird it is because I cut and pasted..

    Works the best by far.

    If youre an agent looking for listings its is a little different
