Just Looked At A Park
I looked at a mobile home park last weekend, in an AZ summer resort area. Got to get used to "ugly" investments! The cash flowed seemed good on paper, for the price, but the location had no potential and the area was comparable properties, as you would expect. Oh well, keep looking.
Would you be interested at 1/2 price?
Maybe you should make an offer that makes sense to you? I usually like to put the ball in their court. It works for me.
