Personal Property Deeded To Trust Then To LLC?

Hope someone can help.

I own a few properies in my own name. I want to devide them between two LLC's that I have already formed. These properties have already been in my name for a few years.

Is there any real benefit to putting them into separate trusts first with recorded Warranty Deed to Trustee documents for each property and then doing notarized but unrecorded Assignment of Beneficial Interest documents for each property into the LLC's?

My other option is to simply record warranty deeds putting the properties into the LLC's.

Any input is appreciated.
