Why use Projects?

One work context. Multiple bids. Less coordination.

Owners, companies, groups, and property teams should not have to rebuild the same job description for every vendor, message thread, quote request, or invoice. A Project keeps the shared scope and work context together while vendors compete against the same package.

Shared context

Describe the work once and give every vendor the same scope, property context, timing, and quote needs.

Multiple bids

Collect comparable quotes on one task package instead of coordinating separate requests one vendor at a time.

Connected records

Keep the project context available as the work moves from quote selection toward payment and delivery tracking.

Vendor proof

Preserve the work story so a vendor's completed project history can demonstrate what its team can accomplish.

Managers can also keep a private project gallery for scope photos and PDFs. Public project pages do not show those files, and awarded vendor completion photos belong on the invoice.

Project directory FAQ

Questions about quoting projects

What is a PropBot project?

A PropBot project is a shared property-work package. Owners describe the work once so qualified vendors can review the same scope and submit comparable quotes.

Can vendors submit a quote?

Yes. Vendors can review public project information and sign in to submit a quote when the project has open work packages.

How do I publish a project for quotes?

Create a project, add at least one clear task, and leave marketplace visibility enabled. Keep the scope, quantities, units, and timing accurate so vendors can quote the same work.

Are vendor quotes public?

No. Quote amounts and bidder details are protected. Project owners can review bids in the authenticated dashboard workspace.
