Posts Learning Guide

Learn About Posts

PropBot Posts help people share real estate updates, useful links, polls, and discussions.

What You Can Do

  • Publish an update for an allowed audience.
  • Share a link or create a poll.
  • Add images to a post.
  • Comment, react, rate, print, or repost when the post allows it.
  • Find posts through global, local, following, or membership feeds.

Public And Restricted Posts

Some posts are public. Others are limited to registered users, company members, group members, or another allowed audience.

The post page shows an audience label when access is restricted. PropBot checks access before showing the post and again before allowing protected actions.

Posts In Companies And Groups

Posts may belong to a profile, company, or group. Company and group actions depend on the access rules of that organization.

Private group content is intended only for approved group members.
