Public Agreement Questions

What are agreements for?

Agreements help people and teams prepare, send, sign, and keep document records together.

What is the difference between a recipient and a signer?

A recipient receives the agreement. A signer must sign it. Some recipients only need to be notified.

What do agreement statuses mean?

Draft means the agreement is being prepared. Pending means it was sent for signing. Partially signed means some signatures are complete. Executed means signing is complete.

When are draft agreements deleted?

Incomplete draft agreements are temporary and may be removed after the retention period. Finish and sign an agreement when you want to keep it as a final record.

What happens after I sign an agreement?

PropBot saves your signature and continues the agreement workflow. The next page depends on whether you signed in or signed as a guest.
