Why Didn’t I Receive My Sign-Up Confirmation Code?

PropBot sends a confirmation code to your email when you sign up.

If you do not see it, try these steps first.

What To Check

1. Check your Spam or Junk folder.

 - The email may have gone there.

2. Wait a few minutes.

 - Sometimes the email arrives a little late.

3. Make sure you typed the right email address.

 - Check for spelling mistakes.

4. Use the code again from the sign-up page.

 - Open [Sign Up](/signup)
 - On the code screen, click **Resend code**

5. Try signing up again with the same email, if needed.

 - Only do this if the code still does not arrive.
