How do payments work on PropBot?

PropBot uses Stripe to handle payments. That means PropBot creates the payment flow, and Stripe securely processes the money.

What you can pay for

You can use PropBot payments for things like:

  • invoices

  • subscriptions

  • company or group purchases

  • rent, dues, or service-related charges

  • marketplace or project-related payments

How the payment flow works

  1. Open the item you want to pay for.

  2. Review the amount and payment details.

  3. Choose your payment method.

  4. Complete checkout through Stripe.

  5. PropBot updates the record after the payment is confirmed.

Payment methods

PropBot supports:

  • Credit or debit card

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Crypto

  • CashApp

Important rules

  • The minimum invoice payment is $35.

  • PropBot keeps payment records tied to the right invoice, property, company, group, or project.

  • For some payments, PropBot may wait for Stripe to confirm the payment before the record changes to paid.

  • If you are paying on behalf of a company or group, your access must match the role and permissions for that workspace.

Good to know

  • Stripe handles the secure payment step.

  • PropBot handles the business record, billing rules, and status updates.

  • If a payment fails or is still pending, the record will not update until Stripe confirms it.
