How do I view or download invoices from My Purchases?

Open My Purchases to see your billing history, then use the invoice links on each row.

Steps

1. Go to My Purchases.

1. Find the invoice you want.

2. Use one of these links, if it shows up:

 - **View invoice** to open the invoice detail page
 - **Invoice PDF** to open or download the PDF
 - **Receipt** to open the payment receipt

4. If the invoice opens in a new tab, use your browser’s download option to save it.

What you may see

Not every item shows the same links.

• Invoices may show:

• View invoice

• Invoice PDF

• Receipt

• Subscriptions may show:

• Receipt

• Charges may show:

• Receipt

Good to know

• Some records only show a receipt, not a PDF.

• If the invoice is still open or unpaid, you may only see the view link.

• If you do not see a PDF link, use View invoice first.

• If you need a copy for records, open the PDF link or save the page from your browser.
