Can payments be connected to projects or maintenance requests?

Yes. PropBot can connect payments to both projects and maintenance requests.

Projects

Projects can have related invoices for things like:

  • materials
  • labor
  • milestone payments
  • project work approvals

You can manage projects from Projects, then open the related invoice when it is ready to pay.

Maintenance requests

Maintenance requests start as incidents in PropBot.

Here is the normal flow:

  1. A user or visitor submits a maintenance request.
  2. The company or group reviews the request.
  3. If the work is accepted, it can be converted into an invoice.
  4. The invoice can then be paid through PropBot.

What this means for payments

  • A project can track work and billing together.
  • A maintenance request can become an invoice after review.
  • Once there is an invoice, payment follows the normal PropBot invoice flow.
