How do I invite team members, vendors, tenants, or clients?

Use the Send Invites page to invite people into the right workspace.

Steps

  1. Open Send Invites.

  2. Choose the invite type:

 - **Company** for team members, vendors, and clients linked to a business
 - **Group** for HOAs, boards, and member-based communities
  1. Select the correct company or group.

  2. Enter one or more email addresses.

  3. Add an optional message if you want.

  4. Click Send.

What happens next

  • The person gets an invite email.

  • The invite sends them into PropBot onboarding.

  • After they sign up, they are linked to the correct company or group.

  • Their access depends on the role and permissions you assign.

Notes

  • PropBot currently uses company and group invites.

  • There is not a separate invite type just for vendors, tenants, or clients.

  • Invite people only into the workspace they should actually use.

  • If someone already has an account, they can sign in and join from the invite flow.
